This company started in the UK in 2004 and since then has worked as an independent ATM consultancy with many different ATM providers in UK, Italy, Netherlands, Germany and now Spain. Since 2004 they have installed over a thousand ATMs.
They have been working more recently with a Global Foreign Exchange company to find them new sites and secure contracts in busy tourist locations. As part of this project they have also been engaged to expand into Spain, which is why they are now recruiting here.
Expansion into Spain
Their primary focus is to visit all the large tourist hotels along the Spanish ‘Costas’ to sell the concept of placing an ATM into their lobby as a guest service for the hotel. In return for giving up the space in their hotel to place an ATM they will pay the hotel a commission.
The hotel staff will have absolutely nothing to do in managing the ATM as they do everything:
• arrange the installation
• the regular cash fills
• maintenance of the ATM
The ATMs accept all bank cards from around the world. The ATM company drive their revenue through the margin in the currency conversion, which is how they can pay the hotel a commission.
What do they want from the Sales Executive?
They are looking for someone with sales experience and who works hard and is self-motivated and really keen to achieve their targets. You will also need to be fluent in both Spanish and in English. You will need to contact the right person in the hotel (normally the General Manager/Guest Service Manager/Finance Director) to explain the benefits, help them choose the best location for the ATM and get the contract signed. After that we will arrange the installation and you will keep the hotel informed of any progress.
They will provide you with training, an initial target list of hotels and some leads to get you started and one of the Directors will come with you on your first few meetings to support you.
They will expect regular updates from you on progress either on the phone or/and in person when they visit Spain.
You will start with a 6-month contract and they will pay you a commission for each successfully signed contract and installation. They will also cover any business-related expenses for your travels etc.
They are looking for somebody to start straight away so that they can start to install ATMs as early as February/March 2017. This will be before the tourist locations begin to get busy prior to Easter 2017 - so we need you to be available and ready to learn quickly and be keen to get out there prospecting for new business.
They would expect you to earn 16,000 Euros if you achieved your targets during the initial 6 months.
